Revit BIM 3D Modeling

We develop precise and parametric Revit 3D BIM models tailored to the Scope of Work, including or excluding specific trades as specified. Revit Family Creation

We create accurate and parametric Revit Families/BIM Content with minimal file size, designed to meet Level of Detail (LOD) requirements ranging from 100 to 500. These families are provided in the necessary file formats (.rvt, .rte, and .ifc) and are built and tested in the required Revit version, whether it’s 2020, 2019, 2018, or others.

Our services include fully annotated floor plans, comprehensive dimensions of the plan, detailed layouts for rooms, walls, doors, and windows, section views, exterior elevations, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
